Condominium: the right to a socket
An owner or tenant may request a charger at their own expense on their parking space. The request is made in writing to the building manager, who must put it on the general meeting's agenda.
Prepare a technical file: cable route, dedicated protection, individual metering and the installer's insurance certificate. That file unlocks the decision, not the discussion at the meeting.
RGIE compliance
A charger requires a dedicated circuit, suitable residual-current protection (type A plus DC detection, or type B depending on the unit) and an inspection by an accredited body after the works.
