General terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the LinkinTech platform, a service connecting private individuals with tradespeople.

2. Accounts

Users undertake to provide accurate information when creating their account (customer or tradesperson) and to keep this information up to date.

3. LinkinTech's role

LinkinTech acts exclusively as a technical intermediary. The platform is not a party to the contracts concluded between customers and tradespeople and does not guarantee the performance or quality of the services.

4. Tradespeople's obligations

Tradespeople undertake to hold the qualifications, insurance and identification numbers (CBE/KBO enterprise number, VAT number where applicable) required by applicable Belgian legislation.

5. Suspension

LinkinTech reserves the right to suspend any account that does not comply with these terms or that harms the quality of the service.

6. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
