A leak never gives warning. Our independent plumbers are based in Brussels and its outskirts: they know the older buildings, shared risers and basement meters. You describe the problem, you get a price range, then you pick the tradesperson who comes out.

Faults, fuse boards, RGIE, charging points and home automation
Electrics aren't for DIY. Every electrician in our network submits their certificates (RGIE, INCERT, BOSEC, ISO 9001 where applicable) and we verify them before activating their account. When you require a certification in your request, only tradespeople who hold it are offered to you.

Gas boilers, servicing, radiators, thermostats
Heating always breaks down at the worst time: the first cold day. The heating engineers in our network are gas-certified and work on the brands common in Belgium (Vaillant, Bulex, Viessmann, Junkers, Buderus).

On-call tradesperson, reply in under 15 minutes
Emergency mode is built for situations that can't wait until tomorrow. You describe it, add a photo, the analysis gives you a price range and an estimated arrival time, then 2 to 3 on-call tradespeople are offered to you with their rating and certificates.
