A leak never gives warning. Our independent plumbers are based in Brussels and its outskirts: they know the older buildings, shared risers and basement meters. You describe the problem, you get a price range, then you pick the tradesperson who comes out.

Faults, fuse boards, RGIE, charging points and home automation
Electrics aren't for DIY. Every electrician in our network submits their certificates (RGIE, INCERT, BOSEC, ISO 9001 where applicable) and we verify them before activating their account. When you require a certification in your request, only tradespeople who hold it are offered to you.

Boiler servicing, breakdowns, certificates, radiators
In Brussels, boiler servicing is a legal obligation: every year for oil, every two years for gas, with a certificate you must keep. Every heating engineer in the network holds a valid boiler technician approval, is registered with the Belgian business register (BCE/KBO) and carries professional liability insurance.

Emergency mode is built for situations that can't wait until tomorrow. You describe it, add a photo, the analysis gives you a price range and an estimated arrival time, then 2 to 3 on-call tradespeople are offered to you with their rating and certificates.
